Accomplishments
- Over 15 years designing, developing, and implementing enterprise systems;
- Developer on the first pen computing field data collection system for CAMA 1989 - 1995;
- Developer on first object oriented CAMA, AA, and TAX systems 1995 - 1997;
- Developed web site for Alachua County Property Appraiser 1998 - 1999;
- Director and later VP of Information Technology for database marketing company 1999 - 2005;
- Designed MobilystTM pen computing CAMA field data collection system for Radiant 1999 - 2000;
- Designed and developed 3-tier warehouse with over 575 million records and 10 data sources 1999 - 2001;
- Developed database warehouse reporting and data delivery tool that processes over 40 databases with over 200 million records;
- Designed and developed a metadata driven web-based data warehouse reporting and data delivery tool, customizable per client, that permitted the clients to integrate it into their own web applications;
- Designed and developed Nearest Neighbor application to model and locate prospects within franchise territory polygons. The software and process was developed to search a database of 100+ million prospects;
- Designed and developed process to load and maintain 1.5 billion records into a data warehouse in 2005.
- Co-recipient with Bill Wadsworth of the IAAO's 2009 Bernard L. Barnard Outstanding Technical Essay Award.
