TerraSketchTM is a GIS-intrinsic drawing system for Computer-Assisted Mass Appraisal (CAMA)
and other applications requiring a fast, accurate, and easy to use building and structure sketching module. By being built
using ArcGIS®, TerraSketch is able to take full advantage of ESRI’s geodatabase and GIS
functionality. This means that structures input in TerraSketch can be maintained including their geographic
location and alignment. This allows field personnel to be far more effective at locating improvements especially
on large agricultural, multifamily, commercial, and industrial properties where there may be many structures and/or
they may be far apart. In addition, having the building structures in the GIS can facilitate quality control and
provide support for public inquiry and defense of values.
The GIS-intrinsic TerraSketch solution means that you will no longer be held captive by your sketch vendor. Your sketch
information is now stored in an open, transparent, and nonproprietary environment that can be easily converted to a new
CAMA or other system when the time comes. This GIS-intrinsic open solution will also be ideal in the future as
data standards are developed.

the productivity, accuracy, and management of your staff. The easy-to-use, PenComputer features a full-size,
touch screen pad that is easy to read outside and eliminates the need for the customary computer
keyboard. The device is controlled through a variety of pop-up windows, which accept your selections,
recognize hand written characters, and display help files with a simple touch of the
screen. MobilystTM enables you and your staff to record data as
quickly and easily as you can write it on your field inspection form. If you can check off and enter
fields on a clipboard, you can operate the MobilystTM Pen Computing System.
