- Designing and developing CAMA, AA, and TAX systems since 1973;

- Member of design team for City of Detroit online integrated Land Records Management System for 22 departments 1975 - 1978;
- Designed nation-wide online CAMA and AA system for subsidiary of the Chase Manhattan Bank 1978 - 1980;
- Managed statewide online CAMA, AA, and TAX operations for over 30 Property Appraisers and over 20 Tax Collectors in Florida 1980 - 1985;
- President of Kb Systems, Inc. 1985 - 1997;
- Kb developed first generic, user modifiable CAMA and AA systems 1985;
- Kb developed first commercial CAMA hand held field data collection system in 1987;
- Kb developed first pen system for field data collection for CAMA 1989;
- Kb developed first object oriented CAMA, AA, and TAX systems 1995 - 1997;

- President of TerraSoft Systems, Inc. since 2000;
- Chair of IAAO Research Committee 2003 - 2004;
- Received IAAO Presidential Award for vision and leadership 2004;

- Member of IAAO AVM Standards Committee which developed national appraisal standard for automated valuation modeling 2004 - 2005;

- Co-recipient of the IAAO's 2009 Distinguished Research and Development Award for foreclosure-related sales research and co-recipient with J Wadsworth of the IAAO's 2009 Bernard L. Barnard Outstanding Technical Essay Award;
